Not-To-Dos when using templates and customization specifications

Things NOT to do when deploying templates or using customization specifications:

1. Don't use an ampersand in the User or Company Name field when using a Windows customization specification in VMware.  It doesn't work.

2. Don't modify the drive size when deployment a template.  The base disk for the deployed VMX will actually use the template disk, instead of the cloned copy.  This will cause you to rebuild the template.
