VMware: Rescan all HBAs on all hosts

Here's a quick two-liner to rescan all your host HBAs in VMware.  Useful if you just added some LUNs.

connect-viserver -server VCENTER
Get-VMHost | Get-VMHostStorage -RescanAllHba
